Physical Products (e.g., USBs, Kits)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective

Digital Products / Courses
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final
- Exceptions may be considered for technical issues or duplicate purchases

Webinars / Event Registrations
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund (unless noted otherwise)
- Missed webinars are non-refundable but may offer replay access
